Offer free Aboriginal language courses for Aboriginal peoples across nsw.

Please assist majority of Seniors, pensioners & self-funded retirees bank money are kept secured & with No Online banking & Not scammed!

Offer more courses related to the tourism industry (i.e. visitor servicing, online marketing, hospitality, etc.)

We are a community organization at Bonnyrigg Community Services; we have a few support support groups running at the centre, we need help

Provide more fee free options for rural areas

Provide more short course and licencing for local jobs and opportunities - white card, chainsaw, forklift etc

I have no confidence in private educational institutions which generally exploit education seekers for financial gain- poor programs.

A strong fully financed state tafe system is needed to help poor achievers get on track to use adult education opportunities.

Need to add more varieties of courses (including Diploma of Nursing ) at TAFE Granville.

I have telephoned the new 13 number and found myself having to call several times and not get a result. I end up visiting the college.

I find enrolling on a mobile phone to be very difficult. More support at the TAFE colleges would be helpful. it is very frustrating

I have found the student service area to not be inviting at Lithgow. There is no actual reception desk and the staff member is often busy

The Lithgow TAFE has a student hub however there is no staff member to offer actual support to students doing their studies.

My child would benefit from a face to face session with a counsellor however Lithgow TAFE has not offered this service for a few years

enrolment day like years ago mailbox drops - not everyone is digital, mailbox notice can be looked at several times before being discarded

TAFE should have funds set aside to have more events at campuses. Whether this be an Open Day, Welcome to TAFE, Semester events all year

More local teachers to offer face to face classes. New signage to make more appealing to community.

Better internet and WIFI for staff and students. Moving from USB to One drive is a disaster because the upload speeds are slow.

Get better WiFi for students at loftus tafe. They're expected to learn online, yet don't have the facilities to support them.

More courses that can be done through distant-learning including taking an exam.

Run more courses on the Mid North Coast.

Give more direct support to students with Disabilities & those from CALD background. ie Introduction to Computer skills that are targeted.

Offer a bigger range if courses & a flexible duration. 1 year is a really long time to take to obtain a cert 2 or 3.

Get back to the local community instead of Ringing a number and getting someone who has no knowledge of how and what is going on locally.

More assistance for people with disabilities

Make more variety of trade courses and other courses available at local tafes. As some tafe courses are too far away for people to get too.

TAFE NSW could supply more face to face courses in local areas for example computer courses, Administrative courses and Bookkeeping courses.
