The Rouse Hill Hospital project’s Early Works Review of Environmental Factors (REF) was approved in October 2025.

Feedback received during the public exhibition of the Review of Environmental Factors was carefully considered and documented. This feedback informed the final Review of Environmental Factors mitigation measures, and is detailed in the Review of Environmental Factors Submissions Report.
