We want your views on how successful the reforms have been.
We aimed to prevent the movement of gaming machines into high-risk areas, help small venues stay in business and increase community confidence and involvement in applications requiring a Local Impact Assessment.
We invite venue operators with gaming machine entitlements (GMEs) to complete this survey. Your responses will be considered, along with any other feedback we get about gaming machine reforms from other parts of this consultation.
The gaming machine reforms included changes to the Local Impact Assessment process and the introduction of the Gaming Machine Entitlement leasing scheme.
For more information about the reforms, please read the discussion paper and other useful documents about the schemes, current laws and key terms.
