We’re developing a new Disability Inclusion Action Plan and a new Multicultural Plan for the Department of Creative Industries, Tourism, Hospitality and Sport (DCITHS). These plans will include actions for us to help us support you better and create more accessible and inclusive experiences for diverse communities. We hope to launch both plans later this year.
We’d like to hear about your experiences with DCITHS (and its entities). This might include using our services, accessing information or funding, and in taking part in hospitality and arts settings such as restaurants, bars, theatres or events. These experiences may be during the day or at night-time, and as a worker, customer, or participant.
Your anonymous feedback will help us understand what is working well and what needs to improve.
DCITHS is a department of the NSW Government and includes: Create NSW, Liquor & Gaming NSW, the Office of the 24-Hour Economy Commissioner, Office of Racing, Office of Responsible Gambling, Screen NSW and Sound NSW. We support the delivery of a range of Government strategies and priorities that create social and economic opportunities for New South Wales.

You can share your experiences by completing a short survey or by speaking with us by phone, email or in person. If the survey format doesn’t work for you, please email socialpolicy@dciths.nsw.gov.au and we can arrange another way for you to take part. By contacting us, you consent to the project team getting in touch.
We will use your feedback to help draft actions for our new plans. Once the drafts are ready, we’ll share them here so you can check whether they reflect your needs and priorities.
