Canterbury Hospital serves a vibrant and diverse community, with over 48% of residents born overseas and more than 145 languages spoken.
The Canterbury Hospital Redevelopment is committed to delivering a facility that meets the current and future needs of the community. To support the journey, we have developed translated material in Arabic, Vietnamese, Greek, Chinese, Korean and Bengali. You can view the in language project information sheets in the below links.

In language community pop-up sessions
In-language community information sessions to meet the team and have your questions answered in language were held in November. More in-language sessions will be held to support the Main Works Review of Environmental Factors (REF) in April 2026.
