The Early Works Review of Environmental Factors (REF) application was placed on public exhibition from 20 November 2025 to 18 December 2025. Feedback received during the public exhibition of the REF was carefully considered and documented. This feedback has informed the final REF, mitigation measures and the final planning documents.
