We want your feedback on the draft regulations and guidelines for the workers compensation legislative amendments.
The Workers Compensation Legislation Amendment Act 2025 and the Workers Compensation Legislation Amendment (Reform and Modernisation) Act 2025 have passed Parliament.
Feedback is now invited on the draft regulations, guidelines and supporting forms which will operationalise provisions in the Amendment Acts, prescribe transitional arrangements and support implementation.
On 18 November 2025 the Workers Compensation Legislation Amendment Act 2025 was passed by NSW Parliament and assented on 24 November 2025.
On 4 February 2026 the Workers Compensation Legislation Amendment (Reform and Modernisation) Act 2025 was passed by NSW Parliament and assented on 11 February 2026.

To assist with planning, requests should be made as early as possible. We will endeavour to accommodate face to face consultation sessions with stakeholder groups where we can.
