Over the next 10 years the More Trains, More Services (MTMS) program will roll out world class technology to transform the rail network and provide customers on the south coast with a new level of comfort, convenience and reliability.

Currently, MTMS work is being completed between Sydney’s CBD and the south coast.

Next Rail, comprising of John Holland Group, Jacobs and Transport for NSW are delivering all MTMS projects between Central and Hurstville.

Transport for Tomorrow (TransforT), comprising of Laing O’Rourke, KBR and Transport for NSW are delivering all MTMS projects between Mortdale and Kiama.

We are committed to delivering a sustainable transport system for NSW and have implemented a range of strategic sustainability initiatives across our MTMS projects to meet the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.

We have a duty to ensure that what we build and the way we operate is in the interest of the greater good, moving beyond compliance and being a leader in sustainability to create enduring benefits for current and future generations.

Infrastructure Sustainability Council of Australia (ISCA) - Rating System

We are targeting an Infrastructure Sustainability Council of Australia (ISCA) score for our work on More Trains, More Services. The ISCA rating system evaluates sustainability across the planning, design, construction and operational phases of infrastructure projects, networks and assets.

For more information on what we are doing to pursue an ISCA rating on MTMS projects, or to find out how you can get involved, check out the links below.
