State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) want your input on draft changes to the Self and Specialised Insurer (SSI) standard licence conditions and Draft Performance Monitoring Framework.

A review of the SSI Licensing Framework in consultation with key stakeholders resulted in 60 review recommendations to be implemented by SIRA.

As a result, proposed changes have been made to standard licence conditions for self and specialised insurers and these aim to mitigate risks to insured workers and employers now and into the future.

The proposed Performance Monitoring Framework seeks to improve customer interaction with SIRA by clearly documenting expectations and how SIRA will measure against those expectations.

These changes have been developed as part of the update to the SSI Licensing Framework.
