The Revenue NSW Customer Strategy will help us identify customer benefits and outcomes in our existing and future strategies. It will also helpus anticipate future customer needs so wehave a roadmapand canset our directionsto support our customersover the next decade.
The strategy will includeRevenue NSW’s vision and commitments for our customers, key future directions based on customer needs, and a design and delivery planwith a horizon of the next 10 years.
