Revenue NSW Customer Strategy
Revenue NSW is developing its very first customer strategy to support the goal of becoming the world’s most customer-centric government by 2030. This customer strategy aligns our initiatives with the All of Government vision.
The Revenue NSW Customer Strategy will help us identify customer benefits and outcomes in our existing and future strategies. It will also help us anticipate future customer needs so we have a roadmap and can set our directions to support our customers over the next decade.
The strategy will include Revenue NSW’s vision and commitments for our customers, key future directions based on customer needs, and a design and delivery plan with a horizon of the next 10 years.
