We want to hear your feedback on the proposed Registered Clubs Regulation 2025
The Registered Clubs Regulation 2015 was due to be repealed on 1 September 2025 in accordance with the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989. Liquor and Gaming NSW (L&GNSW) proposed to renew the Regulation.
The proposed Regulation primarily rolled over the current provisions, with some proposed amendments to improve the clarity and operational efficiency for clubs, members and regulators.
We sought feedback from the community and stakeholders on the proposed Regulation, including the proposed amendments outlined in the Regulatory Impact Statement.
