Building Commission NSW established Project Intervene to help apartment owners resolve serious defects in their buildings’ common property through a process known as an Undertaking.

We negotiate on behalf of eligible owners corporations, to make sure developers cover the costs to remediate these defects within a reasonable timeframe.
