The following occupational associations have applied to the Professional Standards Councils to approve schemes to operate in all states and territories of Australia:

• Australian Institute of Building Surveyors Ltd (the AIBS)
• Australian Property Institute Valuers Limited (the APIV)

The following association has applied to the Professional Standards Council of New South Wales to approve a scheme to operate in NSW:

• Strata Community Association (NSW) (SCA NSW)
