  • Staff amenities
  • Vehicle wash facilities
  • An office area for administration
  • On-site parking (in basement).

As we approach the completion of planning and design for the project, a Review of Environmental Factors (REF) planning report is now on public exhibition until 11:59pm Saturday 16 May 2026.

The planning report has been prepared to assess the potential benefits and environmental impacts of the project. You can view the report and attachments including draft architectural plans and make a submission via this webpage.

All submissions received during the public exhibition period will be reviewed and considered by the project team as we finalise the design and move into project delivery.

Construction is anticipated to commence in 2026, following approval of the REF and appointment of a builder for the project. The community will be kept informed as planning progresses and before work commences on site.

Health Infrastructure engages with community and stakeholders in accordance with our Community Participation Plan which includes seeking input and feedback on our projects.

We appreciate the valuable time and input provided by staff, stakeholders and the community and we look forward to your support as we deliver this vitally important health infrastructure.
