The NSW Government is carrying out a statutory review on the native vegetation provisions of the Local Land Services Act 2013. The provisions establish a framework used to inform and regulate native vegetation management on NSW rural land.

- Part 5A - Land Management (native vegetation)
- Schedule 5A - Allowable activities for the clearing of native vegetation
- Schedule 5B - Provisions relating to members and procedure of the Panel
