Statutory review of the native vegetation provisions of the Local Land Services Act

4 November 2022

The NSW Government has commenced a five-year statutory review of the native vegetation provisions of the Local Land Services Act 2013 (the Act). Local Land Services is supporting the review with the assistance of an independent expert advisory panel.

The review is required to five years after the native vegetation provisions commenced in August 2017. These provisions were part of a broader suite of Land Management and Biodiversity Conservation Reforms in NSW.

Visit the Local Land Services website and also read the terms of reference for the statutory review for more information.
