Have your say on a licence application to operate a private health facility.

In NSW, private hospitals and day procedure centres are licensed under the Private Health Facilities Act 2007 and the Private Health Facilities Regulation 2024.

An application has been received from Canopy Clinical Research (Oncology) Pty Ltd for a licence to operate a private health facility to provide Chemotherapy class services and treatment.

The private health facility is to be known as Canopy Clinical Research (Oncology) to be located at Suite 1, Level 3, 86 Kiora Road, Miranda NSW 2228.

The Directors are Yuen Chit Kwok, Kristen Barooshian and the Secretary is Yuen Chit Kwok.
