Have your say on an application for transfer of a private health facility licence.

In NSW, private hospitals and day procedure centres are licensed under the Private Health Facilities Act 2007 and the Private Health Facilities Regulation 2024.

An application has been received from Eye Surgery Albury Wodonga Pty Ltd for a transfer of licence for Albury Day Surgery at 4 Baker Street, Albury, NSW 2640.

The Directors are Evan Lloyd Heinecke, Alan Peter Luckie, Paul Giles, Trung Minh Dang and the Secretary is Evan Lloyd Heinecke
