Have your say on a licence application to operate a private health facility.

In NSW, private hospitals and day procedure centres are licensed under the Private Health Facilities Act 2007 and the Private Health Facilities Regulation 2024.

An application has been received from GLDH Pty Limited for a licence to operate a private health facility to provide Anaesthesia, Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and Surgical class services and treatment.

The private health facility is to be known as Great Lakes Day Hospital to be located at 4 Lake Street, Forster, NSW 2428.

The Director and Secretary is Muneef Sami Jadallah AL-JAWABREH
