We want your input as we explore the concept of an Interactive Building Guide.

Building a home is a major life event and can be a complicated process. It can be hard to source trusted information and the process is often stressful, confusing and time-consuming.

We want to help you by making the process clearer and easier to understand.

That’s why we are exploring the idea of an Interactive Building Guide. The concept is an end-to-end guide of all the necessary steps and information needed to help you build a home in NSW.

Tell us what you think

If you have built a home in NSW within the last five years, we want to hear from you.

Your feedback will help us shape the design and functionality of our Interactive Building Guide.

If you do provide personal information to us, you have a right to access it, and can ask us to correct it if it is wrong.

We may share personal information you provide with other parts of the Department of Customer Service (for example, with our Data Analytics Centre) so that we can conduct analysis across all consultations and refine our engagement methodology.
