Transport for NSW is committed to supporting local councils and tourism centres in sharing timely, accurate, and engaging information with their communities about impacts on State roads, ahead of the holiday season.

We are in the process of planning our communications activities for 2025. To continue improving the resources we provide, we need your valuable feedback on how things have been working, and what you would like to see from us in 2025.

We’ve created a short survey to learn more about what you find helpful in our communications and materials, as well as what could be refined or introduced in the future.

The survey covers two main areas:

• The information we share with you in the lead up to school holidays throughout the year
• The information we share following unplanned road closures on the State road network.

Whether it’s about the format, the type of information included, or how it’s delivered, your insights will help us tailor communications that better meet your needs and help you to continue effectively sharing critical updates with your communities.
