The Shared Understanding Project aims to ensure that NSW Health, Local Health Districts and partner organisations are working effectively with communities in the planning and delivery of health services and models of care.
It is vital that health service changes and improvements are informed by, understood, trusted and embraced by our communities. Through this shared understanding of community expectations of healthcare, we will be better placed to provide health services that meet local needs.
