Transport for NSW is changing the way e-micromobility sharing schemes operate in NSW.
We are seeking feedback from sharing scheme service providers, councils and landowners on draft regulations and guidance materials to support a new regulatory framework. These reforms will give new powers to Transport for NSW and local authorities to control minimum standards for operators and support the safe use of e-bikes for communities.
