The new Code of Practice: Managing psychosocial hazards at work has been released

After extensive consultation with employer associations, employers, unions, worker representatives, workers, academics, government departments, safety bodies, State and National Mental Health Commissions, SafeWork NSW SafeWork NSW has developed the new Code of Practice: Managing psychosocial hazards at work for all NSW workplaces and workers.
The Code of Practice: Managing psychosocial hazards at work is a practical guide for employers, workers and others on how to manage psychosocial hazards at work. It does not increase duties but clarifies existing duties for NSW businesses to manage psychosocial hazards at work.
