What’s this about
The Safe Accessible Transport program aims to make public transport safe, inclusive and easy to use for all passengers, especially people with disability, elderly, people with prams or luggage and others who may be experiencing mobility challenges. Planning is underway for an accessibility upgrade at Carramar Station.
A concept design has been prepared considering unique site opportunities and constraints, existing customer feedback, and feedback provided during a nighttime walkshop with local women, girls and gender diverse people during design development.
