Careers NSW will provide career guidance to all NSW residents at any stage in their career.
When fully operational, Careers NSW will provide a wrap-around service to:
Provide tailored career guidance
Identify educational pathways and qualifications that match you to the skills you need to enter or progress in your career
Connect you with workers currently in the industries you are looking to enter so they can provide insight into the skills you will need to succeed
The creation of Careers NSW is a recommendation from the review of the NSW vocational education and training sector led by Mr. David Gonski AC and Professor Peter Shergold AC.
Have your say
Help us understand what you want out of a career advice service.
We want to know what elements of a career advisory service would be essential to the success of this initiative. We want to understand what good looks like.
Your feedback will help us to understand the important elements needed in a careers advisory service in NSW and ensure many voices contribute to the development of this innovative, new service.
Do a quick poll, complete the survey, share ideas or email us a question. You can participate in as many ways as you choose.
We are also asking industry and professional careers advisors to have their say and invite them to become involved as a volunteer.
Thank you for your feedback
