The new two-storey Northeast Building will be built as part of the Albury Wodonga Regional Hospital project, adjacent to East Street as part of the early works stage.

The Northeast Building will allow us to temporarily move services, such as those currently located in the Allied Health Building, until the new multi-storey Clinical Services Building is complete.

The design of the new Northeast Building has been informed by Project User Groups, made up of clinicians and hospital staff.

As planning and design nears completion, the project has been placed on public exhibition until 11.59pm Friday 6 June 2025.

As part of the public exhibition, you can view the project’s Review of Environmental Factors (REF) report, which has been prepared to assess the potential benefits and environmental impacts of the project.

The submissions received will be used to finalise the details of the design, prior to construction commencing in 2025.

Health Infrastructure engages with community and stakeholders, including seeking input and feedback on our projects, in accordance with our Community Participation Plan.

The project team appreciates the valuable time and input provided by staff, stakeholders and the community into the design process for the Northeast Building.
