We want to hear from Aboriginal businesses on how we can deliver better services.

The NSW Department of Customer Service wants to look at:

  • how satisfied Aboriginal businesses are with our services
  • better coordination of services for Aboriginal businesses
  • more culturally safe services for Aboriginal businesses.

What you tell us will shape how we communicate with Aboriginal businesses and we will continue to gather feedback from you to improve our services.

We are grateful to the Aboriginal businesses who participated in the survey and ideas board. You told of your experiences of using our services and how we can make them better for you.

Input from Aboriginal people, communities and Aboriginal-owned businesses informed the Aboriginal Customer Engagement Strategy and Implementation Plan. The strategy and plan were launched on 18 August 2021.
