The State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) is seeking feedback on minor amendments to the Workers Compensation Guidelines (the Guidelines).

The changes include updating terminology to reflect the new Allied Health Treatment Request launched in June 2024, as well as introducing a new Part 11, which outlines how information is to be made available in the approved If you get injured at work poster.

While general feedback about the Guidelines is welcome, any significant issues or changes proposed will not be considered in this minor 2024 review and will instead be considered in the next major update.
