Help shape the future of health provider regulation

The NSW Government is reviewing how health providers are regulated within NSW personal injury schemes and we want your input.

Health providers play a vital role in helping people that are injured recover and return to work or daily life. Effective regulation ensures treatment and care is reasonable and necessary and aligns with scheme objectives. It also promotes quality treatment, cost-efficiency, and ethical practice, while protecting the integrity of the system.

This review is an opportunity to reset the approach to strengthen provider regulation. Your feedback will help us develop a strategy that is clear, fair, and supports better outcomes for people that are injured and the community.
