In NSW, private hospitals and day procedure centres are licensed under the Private Health Facilities Act 2007 and the Private Health Facilities Regulation 2024.

An application has been received from Integrated Clinical Oncology Network Pty Ltd for a transfer of licence for GenesisCare Macquarie University at Suite 1, Level B2, Macquarie University Hospital, Macquarie University NSW 2109.

The Directors are Mark Geoffrey Middleton, Conal Henderson, and the Secretary is Katharine Susan Armstrong.
